Feature Requests

Currently at the bottom of the billing invoice page, it does show the billing history but it doesn't include the billed amount and paid amount. This information would be helpful to include at the bottom to easily see what has been paid or not already recently as it may directly influence what billing codes we use for that specific visit.

When adding a favor code, it would be useful if the code was added to any pre-existing codes already added to the same bill. This would allow us to use more than 1 favor code at a time, or if we add a favor code it would not over right previously entered billing codes. Specifically a favored code added to a billing event should be 'and' not an 'or.'
