A visual way to detect that a document in the inbox has been open/looked at

A change in the color or font of the document or a sign in the inbox to indicate that it has been opened. There are documents seen but not acknowledged until discussed with the patient. This will help visually so to avoid repetitive opening a document ,if it has already been seen but awaiting discussion with the patient
