Would be great if there was a link in the confirmation email to allow rescheduling or cancellation, similar to OpenTable for example.

Perhaps as well an option in the online booking link for pt to enter their info and see any upcoming appt, to be able to cancel from the link.

Related, an email reminder of upcoming appt would be useful, with a customizable time frame (ie 1 week before appt) which would include a link to rebook or cancel.

The sooner patient lets us know they can't make appt the easier it is to fill the spot.
