Ability to attach consultations to patient messages

Presently there is no way to attach a consultation from a patient's eChart without saving the consultation as a file using print preview and then uploading it to the message.

Adding this functionality would help to streamline this process.

Particularly, due to long wait times I often send patients a copy of the referral so they can follow up with the particular office directly if needed. Saves extra phone calls to our office
