Can we please upgrade the appointment book to allow my secretaries to send multiple reminders to patients. For example, when the appointment is created, the appt notification is sent and we need to be able to send a reminder a week before the appointment as well. This is very helpful as our specialists book several months in advance. This would greatly reduce our admin time as currently we have to call each patient the week prior to remind them. A text message would be so much easier.
