Thanks for sharing this feedback. Do you mind emailing support@avaros.ca with the demographic number where an acknowledgement took so long to be reflected?
The system is designed to show you acknowledgements of patient messages near instantaneously. If that is not happening, an example could help us find the root cause and get this fixed as soon as possible.
