Add TB Skin test as a Prevention

Would be great to have a TB Skin test under the Prevenetions.

Currently listed as Mantoux. Maybe could be either that or TB

As Admin- didn't know it was called Mantoux- should have a section to indicate Injected date vs Read(ing) date.
