Allow the user to define default 'Assignee" when creating patient messages. By default, my name is added up but I would rather have my front staff selected as "assignee" so they can follow-up on messages that have not been read. It is a pain to scroll down the full list of users every time to select the correct staff. Reviewing the unread list is not a good use of my time or workflow.
