We sometimes add "appointments" into our schedule at the end of the day if there are calls or ticklers that must be done by the end of the day. This is an internal workflow to make sure that time sensitive things are complete by the end of the day (e.g., call patient back with test results, complete a form, etc). These are not necessarily connected to the time the appointment is "booked" as it's just a to-do list for the clinician.
These appointments show up in Medley Health and we've had patients wondering about why they have an appointment at say 5:40 that evening.
Can a status be created that we can use for this purpose and it NOT show up in Medley Health. We don't want to just enter it as a "note" because then we have to manually search the patient.
