When sending consultation requests, it would be ideal for the information from family history, past medical history, social history, and allergies to be automatically added instead of having to click the buttons each time.

Also, I don't think there needs to be a separate section between "Pertinent clinical information" and "Significant concurrent problems". They seem redundant.
