Please make a default billing clinic and provider for multisite locations on the billing page. For example, if patient is on Dr. A's schedule at Clinic A, then can the default billing provider/clinic be defaulted to Dr. A and Clinic A location instead of having to click the drop down for each bill?

Also regarding billing, on the top left corner in the "special billing" section, after you enter a code, and press tab on the keyboard, can it go to the next line to enter the next code instead of going to the units and %? we rarely would ever change those, if ever. (i dont even know what the % is for)

Along the same line, when entering the after hours billing code like q012, after it goes to the billing summary page, why do we have to click the box again to confirm the q012? if we already manually entered the q012 to begin with, that means we already are confirming it.

Also it would be nice when entering the code that we dont have to type the A after each code and if it would be automated that would be good since every code ends in an A already. so for example, we can just type a007 instead of typing a007a every time.
