Encounter Notes

Would like to have the option to easily change the font size and bolding of text in the encounter notes. Right not the font size change is confusing and doesn't reflect how it actual saves in the document.
Also finding encounter notes is difficult. If it popped up on the side by date for easily retrieval and browsing, that would be preferred. It is cumbersome to scroll down to see the notes interspersed with changes to the block texts (e.g. social history, medical history) or prescriptions etc

Hi Dr. Hickey,
I would recommend trying out the eChart's table of contents view. This view allows you to see a condensed version of your notes on the left side of the display which you can then select to pull up the full entry on the right of the display.
