Right now it seems that we can check other colleague's inboxes but any action on those files do not remove it from the MRP's inbox. This makes cross coverage not feasible because the MRP would have to still review the files a second time even if someone else already reviewed it for them. I suggest having ability to acknowledge/recall/file/delete files from other inboxes but only with option of toggling this coverage option on/off (like during vacation, parental leave, extended absences, etc)
