High priority ticklers

Coming back to this. I am wondering if this is in progress perhaps? We are finding it is really difficult with our work flow that there is no pop up window or flashing red/bold tickler when high priority. Especially as the instant message doesn't always work and messages go missing, so no way to reliably grab someone's attention.

I would like Avaros to have a set up similar to Accuro. Normal, Urgent, or Very Urgent tickler. Normal would be in black text, would arrive in tickler inbox no change. Urgent would be in red text, would arrive in tickler inbox. Very Urgent would be in red text, and would come up in a pop up window, that the user would have to actively dismiss to get out of the way, in order to get this person's attention. I do not like that Avaros has high, normal and low priority because most things in medicine are not low priority and I have never used that setting in my clinic, so it feels like a wasted option.

This would be very helpful. Even if it was BOLD it would draw more attention.
