I would appreciate either (1) increased number of characters allowed in appt reminders or (2) for appt-specific reminder messages to have option to be "add on" to default message, as opposed to replacing the default reminder message as it does now.

We have many appt-spec instructions for patients, such as: hold your bladder for 1 hour before appt, be prepared to provide urine sample at triage, don't forget to bring your device to appt, please take your prescription 1 hour before your appt, etc etc. and 250 characters total is not enough room to both outline name of clinic, date and time of appt, reminder of no show/late cancel fee, AND to give specific instructions.
