When entering measurements like BP, there's a notes section to the right. With Indivicare if I put in a note (eg. sitting x 10min L arm x3), it would show in the pt's chart along with the BP measurement. Can you add that to Avaros? thanks

Yes, the "comments" entered in Vitals Measurement should be copied over into the encounter notes automatically as are the vitals; it's part of the clinical record

If you click the "add to progress notes" box the comments you put in are pasted into the progress notes and are visible under the comments section when clicking the measurement in the Measurements section to review historical trends
