This is a must. I too requested this feature. Will cut down on no-shows and cut back on reminder calls.

This would be so Helpful!! having the appt sent immediately after books allows pt to add it to their own ecalendar system

I agree that it would be very useful to have different interval options and especially an email that goes out to the client right when the appt is booked and possibly also a manual option to email the appt to the client without it cancelling out the automatic reminder. This would save me answering multiple emails a day about people forgetting when their appts are.

This is a big problem in our clinic and results in no shows. Ideally, reminders would also be sent multimodally, with email and text simultaneously, the way many other EMRs do.
