At the moment there is only 'roster status' on a patient's master record, to which we can add our own customised label, like "form" if they've signed an enrolment form but we haven't submitted their Q200 to the MOH. This is an incredibly common occurrence for FHO doctors on Income Stabilisation where they or the pt are still deciding whether or not to actually roster the pt and make the commitment. In fact IS doctors will often have multiple groups of pts, some with forms who may get rostered, some with forms who may not, some who need to get rostered who haven't yet signed a form, some who are staying FFS and will never be rostered. We can make our customised labels for 'roster status' but if the Q200 is later submitted and approved by MOH in an RCX file then the RCX file will override both the 'enrollment status' field as well as the 'roster status' field. And worse, if the MOH later deroster them (eg if OHIP expires) then that field reverts back to FS not to the customisable label we made for them. None of this is useful, the RCX should only override one field, ideally 'enrollment status'. We still need to keep our chosen customised label for 'roster status'. Alternatively please make a separate field on the Master Record where we can make customisable labels to group together our patients, which is not overriden by the RCX. This field ('s icon) needs to be displayed for each pt on the schedule page so dr's can easily see how to appropriately consult each time.

Currently, you have on schedule preferences 'Display Roster Status and MRP on Schedule' but it's not useful to see the MRP since 99.9 times out of 100 it should be the doctor with whom the pt is booked anyway. Please change this to only 'display the roster status' or more ideally to display the roster status and whatever additional field you create for us where we can group our patients with customisable labels (eg. "form", "needs form", "not rostering", etc). Many thanks
