Need to send email notification to patient when appt manually booked

Please make a button on the 'create appt' page that says something like 'create and notify' which sends an immediate notification to the patient of the appt that we've just manually booked for them. You can still keep the 'create' button for any reason when we don't want to send them a notification. At the moment my staff every time have to first create the appt, then immediately click and open up the appt again to 'send a reminder', which is time-consuming for a growing clinic group like ours when hundreds of our 1st appts are booked manually by staff everyday.
Although the notifications are scheduled to send 24hrs before the appt (or hopefully within 24hrs of the appt if the appt is booked with less than 24hrs notice?) I think we need a much more immediate notification for the pt once the appt is booked please.

I agree with this - it would be very helpful, as I am often booking followups manually at the end of the appointment. Thank you!
