Right now the only clue is that it says "cell phone xxx-xxx-xxxx". Would be more useful to have some symbol appear on left hand side to denote booked online (similar to Accuro which I use in another clinic). Helps the team scan the schedule quickly to see if any issues with the appt booked online, as with Avaros online booking there is no option to set permissions and pt can directly book.
