Please make it such that if a patient cancels an appt online then it actually does cancel the appt on the schedule page with a change in appt status (and corresponding colour) and makes that slot immediately available online again to other patients. At the moment it only provides a notification cross in the schedule view and doesn't reopen the slot online for other patients. It doesn't truly cancel the appt at our end essentially.
