I would like to be able to send a message to patient, but assign follow up of the message to my admin staff. For example, if I see that a patient has not read a message, I would like to be able to forward it to an admin person to call the patient.

Hi Peter, You can do this by using the "Assignee" option when creating your patient message. Any follow-up alert or notification will be sent to the assignees patient messaging inbox instead of your own.

when I try that, the only "Assignee" option in the drop-down menu is myself. How do I add someone as an Assignee?
