When a patient message is created from an Inbox report, a pop-up appears to confirm the message. This should be permanently attached to the report, rather than transient as it is now.

Also, can this be a different colour please - eg, green for messages, blue for ticklers and orange for recalls (see prior requests about ticklers and recalls).
