With only one number displayed by default on the main screen and multiple options in the master record, the ability to assign one as a default in the master record was very helpful when we had this in Oscar.
Please consider the addition of a check box in the master record to assign the default primary number, be it cell or landline etc.

Agree 100%. The default is now cell number, but a lot of patients prefer the landline number. With many elderly patients, the cell number is actually their son or daughter's number, and it becomes the default.

Also agree with this as having the ability to highlight the default number to call when in other screens/parts of the EMR -and along with identifying label such as "mom" or "Maria" so even know who we are calling and that this too shows up on the other parts of the EMR
