Remind patients at time of booking and prior to appointment

It would be great to send patients a reminder both when their appointment is created and again 48 hours (or some other predefined time) before their appointment.

Also have the appointment sent on the create & notify with cell number as well - not only with email addresses.

It would be nice to also push the reminders again if they have not confirmed or cancelled as well
