Remove staff name

I can see that some staff members do not feel comfortable having their names displayed on the screen when messaging the patient. It's easy to see why this would lead to an employee not wanting to participate for misuse on this platform.
As a suggestion, we could remove the staff member's name and substitute something like "User Role" or the initials of the position. In this way, the patient could get the information they need, while respecting the privacy of our staff.
