Tickler creation screen is different depending on how you access it, ie different from patient chart or main screen VERSUS from inbox.

Please make this consistent.

For example - the priority selection is different (drop down menu from patient chart/main screen, and button selection from inbox)

For example - choosing the recipient is different (placing cursor in text box erases name and allows you to simply type to search from patient chart/main screen, but from inbox you must delete the text before searching which requires more mouse/keyboard use).

Even the difference in layout/appearance is a little confusing. Would be easier to navigate creating ticklers if appearance and function consistent from all pathways to get to tickler creation.
