Feature Requests

When sending referral via e-forms, would need to have ability to attach some kind of cumulative patient profile or med list along with the e-form

Ability to add labs and other eForms as attachment option for eForms.

Any chance that there could be a chart entry to indicate when an eform has been faxed? I noticed this feature exists when sending a Consultation (which is great!), would be great if we could have that every time we an eform as well (ie. lab req, xray req). Thanks, Denise

The ability to duplicate and make a copy of an already existing local E form via the Eform Manager would be very beneficial.
