Clinic had some suggestions to new tickler system: Different colours for inputs from Doctors Click anywhere within certain tickler to open, rather than just the pen icon. If not possible, clicking name to open When clicking ticklers from patient's eChart, it defaults to "Due Date: Today". It would be great if it has no due date by default so all ticklers associated with that pt is easily seen (similar to old tickler system) When editing a tickler, please open in new tab (like old system) Have due date near the entry box (like old system). Current system means longer ticklers require staff to scroll all the way back up vs if it was close to bottom, can type necessary info and prodate easily These are not major changes but could help save unnecessary clicks/movements. Thank you!

I am not a fan of the recent changes. The main report has lost the ability to sort by a range of dates and also to sort by demographic. Its a clear step backwards - what is going on?

Adding a shortcut (E) to the patient's eChart in the general Tickler Inbox (e.g., next to patient's name).

Tickler creation screen is different depending on how you access it, ie different from patient chart or main screen VERSUS from inbox. Please make this consistent. For example - the priority selection is different (drop down menu from patient chart/main screen, and button selection from inbox) For example - choosing the recipient is different (placing cursor in text box erases name and allows you to simply type to search from patient chart/main screen, but from inbox you must delete the text before searching which requires more mouse/keyboard use). Even the difference in layout/appearance is a little confusing. Would be easier to navigate creating ticklers if appearance and function consistent from all pathways to get to tickler creation.
