To determine 'RO', FS' - the only labels currently working - vs whatever other patient label is assigned to the patient. Indivicare had some icons, Oscar Pro has icons or whatever the 'Patient_Label' is next to the name (in the Schedule)

Adding a visual indicator to appointments in the schedule that have been booked online by patients. Right now, appointment that have been booked online look the same as appointments booked by the clinic.

When booking an appointment it would be helpful if a list of recently previous and upcoming appointments were listed to prevent double bookings.

Please make a button on the 'create appt' page that says something like 'create and notify' which sends an immediate notification to the patient of the appt that we've just manually booked for them. You can still keep the 'create' button for any reason when we don't want to send them a notification. At the moment my staff every time have to first create the appt, then immediately click and open up the appt again to 'send a reminder', which is time-consuming for a growing clinic group like ours when hundreds of our 1st appts are booked manually by staff everyday. Although the notifications are scheduled to send 24hrs before the appt (or hopefully within 24hrs of the appt if the appt is booked with less than 24hrs notice?) I think we need a much more immediate notification for the pt once the appt is booked please.

When a patient cancels an appointment via an app reminder or online booking (not working at all), the schedule will automatically show cancelled by changing the status colour

Please make it automatic (or have a separate button for it) to send an email to a patient if we manually cancel an appt, or change an appt date/time/type/provider/modality, etc. Thank you

Right now legal names only are displayed in the schedule, it would be very helpful for our gender affirming care clinic to have an option to show only common first names instead of legal first names, as well as pronouns in case they are different.
