Can you have a mobile-friendly version for browsing. Often doctors use their phone to check in, or renew prescriptions on the go, but the layout of the page and all the panels make it near impossible to do anything off of a phone.

In certain cases an after hours appointment is required, however this is not a regular occurrence. Having the ability to modify the times shown for just one date or on dates where appointments are booked outside of the preferred schedule time display would be helpful.

When sending a broadcast to patients, we need to be able to de-select patients. For example if sending out a reminder about annual fees, it would be great to be able to de-select patients who have already paid.

Ability to re-assign messages after the initial message is sent to another user for follow-up.

From Dr. Faraj: When we enter HT and WT into vitals, can it please autocalculate BMI. It does do this in the DM module but not in the regular vitals module.

Allow customization of time allows before or after appointment for check-in.

A to do list which can be opened for each date in the schedule to prevent accidental appointment notifications

To be able to flag a patient if he has already a booked appointment to avoid double booking and alerting the admin if they missed to cancel any previous scheduled appointment when rescheduling

Would be nice to have a new user type where they can only access the emr to book new appointments for patients and they can't see anything in the e-chart. This may become useful in the future if hiring virtual secretaries to do the booking but they dont have anything to do with day-to-day operations in the clinic.

BIG ASK : Increasingly, it is important for us to have updated cell phone numbers and email addresses on our patients. It would be great if there was a user-friendly screen that patients could access to ensure their cell phone numbers and email addresses and perhaps Ohip numbers and version codes are current. Services such as Ocean and even Avaros patient messaging required current email addresses and it is onerous for our staff to have to update changes on all patients. It would be great to have a check in Kiosk or a way to update info as part of the appointment - reminder exchange.
