Feature Requests

Some patient questionnaires would likely be used by multiple sites (ie: GAD-7, PHQ-9, pain scales). It would be helpful to be able to select from a bank rather than making a new one for commonly used scales.

Please make it such that when patients acknowledge a message, the message system will update and show the acknowledgement immediately instead of a ~1 week delay. Thank you.

Would it be possible to have the option to delete a message if not opened by the patient. This would be valuable in cases if an email is inadvertently sent to the wrong patient or if a circumstance changes.

Please add office phone number to email notifications as it states to call the clinic if you have any questions, but it doesnt have the clinic phone number.

In patient messaging and in the module actually - if you start a message - then go to another screen -to look something up - the draft message is not saved. The user then hs to start over.

I would like to be able to send a message to patient, but assign follow up of the message to my admin staff. For example, if I see that a patient has not read a message, I would like to be able to forward it to an admin person to call the patient.

Is there an option for a secure patient portal to upload forms for the patient to download ? for example insurance forms

Many of our patients don’t have email addresses on file. We would like to be able to message them through medley as well.
