If I am trying to find a patient in the schedule with the "Search Demographics" search bar, I can only find them if I use the patient's "Last Name" and "First Name". However if they have a preferred name I cannot use this to find them. E.g. Smith, John (Jenny) If I look up Smith, Je* - it will not show up the patient. It will show up if I use their "First Name".

Ability for patients to check-in via kiosk mode on a tablet/iPad, thus saving the receptionists/ time - not requiring their phones

I would love a "No show and notify" button for appointments, similar to the "Cancel and Notify." It would be even better if there was an option to customize the email that is being sent per user/per cancellation!

when we book an appointment and use the book and notify, the patients only get a message saying that they are booked. Can we get it set up that when we use this book and notify button to have it also say what they are booked for ? like if it is booked as a phone call, video call or in office appointment?

Please add a NO SHOW section in the half circle that shows how many appointments are booked during the day. When we have a no show, it shows as a cancelled appointment in the counter.

The ability for a user to pick whether they want the cancelled appointments displayed or not. Our days are very cluttered with cancelled greyed-out appointments taking up space, especially if you are viewing multiple doctors' schedules on a screen.

add icon or descriptor to appointments in the schedule moduleso the room the patient is in can be identified without having to click the appointment. similar to the original oscar schedule appointments had icons to identify rooms.

We used numbers (as well as the colour code) in WELL to specify which room a patient was put in when their status is changed to "roomed". Currently the front desk is needing to amend the "reason" for each check-in by typing in a room number, so the doctor to knows which room to enter.

It would be very helpful for receptionists to be able to have a next available button so they can find the next earliest appointment. Also helpful for doctors to track their availability. It could be a button that you click on the schedule for either one doc or multiple docs depending on which schedule you have showing. The type of next available appointment should be flexible e.g. regular appt block, urgent appointment blocks etc. Thank you.
