Automatically populate Q012 or other after hours code to billing sheet for appointments after 5pm or on Sat/Sun

On the billing screen, it would be great if billing physician can automatically be the individual logged in. May help with AHC too, saves a few clicks.

I'd like to have the default diagnosis for billing be the one I last used. E.g. if I billed "714" for a patient at the last visit, have that be the default diagnosis for this visit, rather than default to the one for my billing sheet.

Currently at the bottom of the billing invoice page, it does show the billing history but it doesn't include the billed amount and paid amount. This information would be helpful to include at the bottom to easily see what has been paid or not already recently as it may directly influence what billing codes we use for that specific visit.

Please remove the Unbill. Or even ask "are you sure you want to unbill?" Or move it down the list and not on top of Make a Payment. And when this does happen and we change it back to Bill Patient we should be able to adjust it.

Ability to see complete billing history on one page instead of multiple pages (perhaps a 'view more' button instead. It becomes very difficult to track codes on multiple pages (i.e going back to find how many K030s billed in last 12 months, sometimes they are on multiple pages and it becomes tedious.)

When adding a favor code, it would be useful if the code was added to any pre-existing codes already added to the same bill. This would allow us to use more than 1 favor code at a time, or if we add a favor code it would not over right previously entered billing codes. Specifically a favored code added to a billing event should be 'and' not an 'or.'
