When in consultation and preparing records or referrals it would be helpful if when we click SELECT ALL, if it would do it in sections and not full chart. We wanted to send some records and I had to manually click each box, as I did not want to entire chart, but all of certain sections. So 500 clicks for the encounter notes section, because I did not want the documents and labs as well. Can you please change it so you can select all in each section - Documents, Labs, encounter notes etc.

When doing a referral to a pediatrician, we need to attached the growth chart, but these are under forms and we can not attached them to the referral. Can we get get forms added to the attachements for consults?

Can we add "as triaged" to the options for urgency when making a consultation? Right now the only option is "urgen" "non urgent" or "return"

Clicking Consultations header to bring up a list against each referral letter, of each service that letter has been faxed to (eg failed/rejected fax to one gastro, re-point the same referral letter to a different gastro and display both of these times/dates in the history. Same if it needs to be re-pointed to a 3rd or 4th specialist. Currently Avaros just overwrites the original referral and only lists the latest service it has been faxed to. To maintain history, an entirely new Consultation referral needs to be made )

It is great to be able to add documents to referrals. However, progress notes are first and if patient for 10 years, I have to scroll a very long way through potentially 100s of progress notes to find the eforms, labs, documents etc. Could these be drop-down lists? This would save off a lot of scrolling.

add option of searching specialist by first few letters of name once we selected the speciality rather than having to scroll down to find the name

When you are in the consultation section, it would be helpful if the name of the patient was a hyperlink to the e-chart, instead of the referral. It would be faster to review chart and see if an appointment has come in. The specialists name already hyperlinks to the referral. Would be preferred if each link had a different purpose (which is what happened in indivica).

When attaching documents, it would be helpful if the first 5 entries in each section was visible (similar to emailing documents to patients). Currently the sections are defaulted to collapsed -- we tend to attach recent documents so it would be easier to see everything if the first 5 were defaulted to visible.
