Can you make the chat feature Pop-up when a message arrives OR blink? That will get an attention for an urgent message

Can we email/message patient directly from EMR their documents like CPP/notes/RX/chart notes/. This option is not available from patient messaging and it has to be downloaded to a computer than uploaded again in EMR which takes time. There are options of print and Fax from the Print icon in pt.'s chart but not message or email. If this feature can be added, it will be great . Thanks

When creating message templates, allow users to choose whether or not they would want to include recipient in the template Not every template message is going to go to the same person.

Add an audio chime for when you receive an message from another clinic user. The current messenger does not include any audio, so we do not know when we receive instant messages from other clinic users.

For the Messaging page the current page is split into two, with the list view shown on the left side of the split. I can only see about 4-5 messages on the list view and would like a way to change the sizing so that each block isn't as big to accommodate viewing more messages without scrolling.

Need the ability to open a message and then go up or down through the messages without clicking each individual message seperately to search through the messages
