When receiving ticklers to book appointments for patients, it would be more convenient to be able to see if they have already booked an appointment, and if so the date and time to avoid having to check their e-chart or accidentally calling them when they have already booked an appointment.

It would be helpful to identify inactive pts while using the tickler. When I go into ticklers, the only way I can see if I scroll down the page to verify that it's an active/inactive pt.

Is it possible to enable the patient name to be clicked to access master chart in the ticklers, in addition to the E to access the e-chart?

It would be nice to view next appt in demographic of tickler, as well as have it as a link to appointment history. This would also be helpful in messages

When a tickler is generated as a recall from a report, can it appear in a different colour (? blue) and bold (I did another request about this) to differentiate it from other ticklers.

When making templates for these, could the following options be added please:- 1.Select priority (High/Medium?Low) Add a comment to the Acknowledge box

If a tickler is marked as "high" priority, can it automatically appear at the top of the tickler list? Or maybe in a different colour font or yellow shading?

Please consider showing these in bold font in the tickler box to differentiate them from the less important entries.
