A possibility to mark the document in the inbox as seen but not acknowledged, and allow these documents to stay in the inbox. I leave positive results in inbox until I ensure they were discussed with the patient. Currently, I have no way to know that I have already opened this document previously. Also, for legal purpose, it should show when this document was opened and seen as it will likely be acknowledged 1-2 weeks later. CHR has this feature and it allows you to see who opened this document before and when.

Please allow moving or resizing of the preventions window as it covers most of the inbox document you are trying to enter information from.

When reviewing inbox items, sometimes you want to quickly check to make sure a diagnosis is listed in the CPP. It's also helpful to see the CPP when reviewing and interpreting labs. I know we can open the eChart but I'd like to see a link at the top of the inbox next to preventions and documents, that would allow us to view, add, edit and delete entries from the 4 tiles at the top of the eChart (ongoing concerns, medical history, social history, reminders) directly from the inbox.

Can we have a filter for acknowledged items (just like diff categories Rx/consults/labs etc) - helpful when we have more than one provider checking a particular inbox to quickly scan for new items

Would be really helpful to have keyboard shortcuts to navigate through different pages. Specially Inbox page

Can we get a diagnosis option to be added to medical history whilst checking the inbox? just like in Preventions.

When reviewing HRM documents, you can select text (it turns purple) and then a little menu shows up where you can copy the text or do enhancements like underlining. It would be so convenient to have a button that allows you to automatically assign the highlighted text to be the "document description". I'm usually highlighting text like "GASTROENTEROLOGY CONSULT" and then copying it and then pasting it as the document description (which is usually too generic from our hospitals -- it often just says "PROGRESS").

Option for demographic change once the fax has been attached to the patient and in my inbox, as sometimes it is attached by admin to the wrong patient and it’s a long process to correct the patient.

Being able to fax an HRM document directly from my inbox without having to download it first. Many documents sent to the wrong physician and need to be faxed back.
