Would be awesome if there was a button for this rather than looking for the last note to copy and paste

It would be great to have an option for encounter note templates to be set as private so that only the owner can view and access them. This would be helpful for users who want to keep their personal workflows confidential and prevent them from being shared by default.

As title states

Allow for multiple items to be selected from multiple selection in encounter note templates. right now you can only select one option in the encounter note templates. This would be useful for multiple symptoms you want to select out of a list.

at this time, each item is showing in a separate note and above the encounter note, this is a duplication and it is confusing to see these entries between the encounter notes. Is there a way it can only show in the CPP without these automatically created notes?

Currently, when multiple people sign off on an encounter note (e.g., nurse rooms the patient and writes note, then I see the patient and add notes), when the second person saves their note, the default is to show the FIRST person who signed the note, and then you hover to see anyone else who signed. I think it would make more sense for it show the LAST person who signed the note by default, and to show previous signers when you hover.

Would be great to be able to manually save a note before closing to ensure don't lose what's written. I know it automatically saves but it takes a bit of time and you can't tell when it has saved so I end up losing a line often.

In the echart of the patients, having an option to pin a specific entry in the document/lab/medications would be great. As there could be multiple entries, this would help bring focus to the most important one by pinning it and reduce the time it would to take to find the document/expanding the category.

When entering data in Health Tracker, you need to manually click the box to add to progress note, before saving. As I have no reason NOT to add to progress notes, this should be checked by default, and uncheck if you don't want it saved to progress for whatever reason. As it is, it is tedious to check the box each time going down the list where data is entered. I would make the same request in patient Messenger to allow patient to respond to message checked by default instead of unchecked as it is (or have a feature that lets you set the default setting).
