Feature Requests

In the echart of the patients, having an option to pin a specific entry in the document/lab/medications would be great. As there could be multiple entries, this would help bring focus to the most important one by pinning it and reduce the time it would to take to find the document/expanding the category.

Currently, when multiple people sign off on an encounter note (e.g., nurse rooms the patient and writes note, then I see the patient and add notes), when the second person saves their note, the default is to show the FIRST person who signed the note, and then you hover to see anyone else who signed. I think it would make more sense for it show the LAST person who signed the note by default, and to show previous signers when you hover.

When entering data in Health Tracker, you need to manually click the box to add to progress note, before saving. As I have no reason NOT to add to progress notes, this should be checked by default, and uncheck if you don't want it saved to progress for whatever reason. As it is, it is tedious to check the box each time going down the list where data is entered. I would make the same request in patient Messenger to allow patient to respond to message checked by default instead of unchecked as it is (or have a feature that lets you set the default setting).

This button previously opened up a browser window with text of all encounter notes. Please return this button previously available in OSCAR, within encounter window of patient charts.

When I repeat BP in office, I usually input the first reading manually in my note; addig "repeat:' and then add the repeat measurement in the vitals section - it sends it to the end of the vitals section which doesn't flow in a note and I need to copy/paste it to the top. It's be useful to have it as the first entry in vitals as none other usually get repeated in a visit.

When you use the key word search bar in the eChart, It would be useful for the search term to be highlighted in the notes that match the search. My notes can be very long and I would like to quickly reference the portion of the note where the search term is mentioned.

Dear Avaros Team, First, I want to commend you on enabling rich text formatting and the ability to embed images directly into clinical notes. This feature significantly enhances the flexibility and clarity of documentation within the EMR. I am not sure if any one requested this feature, however, I’ve noticed a limitation when it comes to downloading or faxing these notes. Currently, the exported or faxed notes directly from the e-chart revert to the older OSCAR-style plain text format, stripping away all rich text formatting and embedded images. This creates workflow inefficiencies, particularly when we need to fax or save notes in their original, formatted form. Could you please enable the ability to download and fax encounter notes while retaining the exact rich text formatting, including any embedded media? This enhancement would eliminate the need to utilize an eForm for faxing purposes, saving valuable time and streamlining clinical workflows. By ensuring that downloaded and faxed notes preserve their formatting and content as displayed in the EMR, users would benefit from: Improved documentation accuracey. Enhanced clarity for external communication. Significant time savings & streamlined workflows. Thank you for considering this feature request.

at this time, each item is showing in a separate note and above the encounter note, this is a duplication and it is confusing to see these entries between the encounter notes. Is there a way it can only show in the CPP without these automatically created notes?
