As title states

It would be great if there was an automatic FIB-4 calculator as part of the EMR. I calculate it pretty regularly for patients with fatty liver. Pretty simple: Age, AST, ALT, platelets.

Could you consider introducing a lightweight, modular “Clinical Diagrams / Visual Snapshot” section within OSCAR, implemented in the same spirit as existing tabs such as Documents, Labs, and EForms? This section would allow clinicians to upload and surface a single, clinician-curated image or diagram (e.g., joint count diagram, growth chart, lesion distribution maps, pain maps etc), with the most recent image displayed by default and with optional captioning. The intent is to provide an immediate, at-a-glance visual summary of a patient’s current clinical status without altering OSCAR’s structured data model or existing note workflows. This approach aligns with OSCAR’s clinician-driven, flexible architecture by enhancing usability and chart review efficiency while remaining optional, non-intrusive, and broadly applicable across multiple specialties. I believe this feature (if doable), would be highly versatile and offer significant practical value to users.

It would be great with templates could have format presets like how it is on the encounter notes. "Bold, Italicize, Underline, Hyperlink"

Allow for multiple items to be selected from multiple selection in encounter note templates. right now you can only select one option in the encounter note templates. This would be useful for multiple symptoms you want to select out of a list.

It's great that this button has been moved to the top of the encounter notes roll, but it would be even better ergonomically and convenience-wise to put this frequently used button to the left of the lesser-used OLIS and Print/Fax buttons.

Would be great to be able to manually save a note before closing to ensure don't lose what's written. I know it automatically saves but it takes a bit of time and you can't tell when it has saved so I end up losing a line often.

It would be great to have an option for encounter note templates to be set as private so that only the owner can view and access them. This would be helpful for users who want to keep their personal workflows confidential and prevent them from being shared by default.
